I doubt we will ever see an end to blockbuster movies and big budget dramas. To be honest, I don't want to see them end. Hollywood makes a lot of fantastic movies. However, with technology such as it is one no longer needs a huge budget to make a good movie.

The Guardian is reporting that President Elect Barack Obama is planning to communicate with Hamas. This is a huge break from the Bush doctrine; "We don't negotiate with terrorists". This is a welcome change and frankly is an obvious course of action.
